FOR JEWELLERY

Care Guide:
1. It's recommended to remove your jewellery when exercising, showering, swimming and hand washing in order to prolong the lifespan of your jewellery. 
2. DO NOT rub or scratch your jewellery against other jewellery or hard surfaces to prevent the plating from wearing off.
3. DO NOT use any harsh chemicals, polishing cloth, or jewellery cleaners. We recommend to gently cleaning your jewellery with a soft cloth.
4. Perfume, hair spray and cosmetics can easily affect the plating. Avoid contact with these and wipe away any residue if it does come into contact.


Warranty & Repair:
All jewellery purchased directly from rehstudios.com comes with a one-year warranty valid from the purchase date.

If damage occurs outside of normal wear and tear,  please email us at info@rehstudios.com with a detailed description and photos that can show us the issue. (Repair fee may apply depending on the conditions).

We reserve the right to refuse the repair request if in our opinions the pieces have been altered by other jewellers.

Re-plating:
We offer free re-plating within the warranty period (1 year from the purchase date). After 1 year, a re-plating fee will be applied. Please email info@rehstudios.com for a quote.



FOR HANDBAGS

Care Guide:
Store in the dust bag when not in use. Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.
For stains, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and let air dry naturally.

Please note: Handbags are not covered under any warranty due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather.
