Faulty Items

• Report defects within 5 days from the delivery date shown on tracking
• If it's purchased as gifts: please inspect items upon receiving first
• Free return shipping applies only for faulty or incorrectly sent items
  
  

Standard Returns

• Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or alteration. Returns showing evidence of use will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date
• Must include original packaging (jewellery boxes and handbag dustbags)
  
  

Sale Items

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Original promo code discounts:
  • Will be retained if remaining items meet minimum order value
  • Will be deducted from refund if the minimum is not met
    

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Worn or altered items

Refund Process
