All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after the purchase is complete. (Please allow extra processing days during sales and holiday seasons.)
We carefully inspect each piece to ensure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order if it is faulty or damaged due to delivery handling.
*For international orders: additional duty may apply upon delivery. Reh Studios is not responsible for these costs.



* AU$60 extra shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the parcel gets returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Faulty Items

• Report defects within 5 days of the delivery date shown on tracking
• If it's a gift purchase, please inspect the items upon receiving them first.
  
  

Standard Returns

• Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or alteration. Returns showing evidence of use will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date
• Must include original packaging (jewellery boxes and handbag dustbags)
• Return with the same or a bigger shipping box.
  
  

Sale Items

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Original promo code discounts:
  • Will be retained if the remaining items meet the minimum order value
  • Will be deducted from the refund if the minimum is not met
    

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Worn or altered items
• Items returned after 14 days from the date shown on tracking
  
  

Refund Process

• Processed after items are received and inspected
• Applied to the original payment method or as a digital gift card
• Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable
• Reh Studios may reject returns that don't meet policy requirements
• Rejected returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense
